About The Position

We're a performance marketing agency built for DTC and ecommerce brands. We run paid, email, SEO, and CRO as one growth engine, so we're not hiring someone who only knows one or two channels. We're fully remote, and we're AI-native in how we operate. Our team runs on an internal AI toolkit that does real work every day. This frees the people here to spend their time on strategy and judgment instead of manual execution. We hire people who get stuff done, and we reward results.

Requirements

4+ years in performance or growth marketing.
Hands-on depth across more than one platform (paid social, paid search, email, and adjacent channels).
Experience owning client relationships end to end, from strategy to growth.
Ability to connect paid and organic performance to pipeline and revenue.
Experience building and shipping AI workflows.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate performance data for founders.
Self-motivated, takes feedback well, and is driven to improve the status quo.

Experience in an agency setting or working with D2C brands.

Responsibilities

Own client strategy across channels, grow your book, and use AI to get yourself out of execution.
Set the direction across every channel and catch the risks and openings early.
Build AI workflows that let you run more accounts than one strategist normally could.
Forecast where an account is headed and then hit the number.
Set the plan across paid social, paid search, email and retention, CRO, and SEO and AIO.
Own the client relationship end to end, acting as the strategic voice and consigliere.
Craft campaigns that perform well financially and build brand power through awareness, storytelling, and creative insights.
Provide clients with real, specific recommendations proactively.
Tie performance to revenue, CAC, and LTV, and explain the impact of CPM changes on the P&L.
Build AI systems to remove manual work and reallocate time to strategy.
Spot opportunities for new campaigns and tests, develop hypotheses, and deliver post-test analyses to drive future tests.
