About The Position

Join One GI and Help Expand Access to Exceptional Gastroenterology Care. One GI is seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Growth Specialist to support both organic and inorganic growth initiatives across assigned practices. This role plays a critical part in expanding access to high-quality GI services while strengthening physician partnerships and driving market presence. As a Growth Specialist, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground partner supporting practice leadership and market teams, helping to translate strategic plans into tangible results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, or healthcare strategy
  • Proven track record of implementing growth strategies with measurable results
  • Experience analyzing data to drive decision-making
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and growth platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and growth-tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute growth initiatives aligned with strategic practice plans
  • Identify healthcare market trends and growth opportunities through research and analysis
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with referring physicians, practice leadership, scheduling teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in scheduled growth calls in partnership with the Market VP team
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials and referral relationship tools
  • Support growth-focused operational and partnership meetings
  • Provide insights for budget planning and forecasted growth opportunities
  • Track performance metrics for assigned practices and endoscopy suites
  • Serve as a visible, growth-focused liaison within assigned markets
  • Maintain working knowledge of CPT codes and payer reimbursement structures
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and training requirements
  • Travel locally within assigned markets as needed
