ClassDojoSan Francisco, CA
$183,000 - $250,000Remote

About The Position

ClassDojo's mission is to provide every child with an education they love. Initially, they built a strong communication network, with their flagship app being the top communication app for K-12 teachers, children, and families globally. This app is used in over 95% of US schools, reaching over 45 million children in 180 countries with a team of around 200 people. Now, ClassDojo is leveraging this network to offer superior learning experiences for children beyond standard schooling. The company emphasizes hiring for talent density, attracting skilled, entrepreneurial, and innovative individuals with backgrounds in education and large-scale consumer internet companies. They aim to be a workplace where top talent thrives and pioneers the future of education. ClassDojo is expanding its offerings with "Monsterverse," a virtual world called "Dojo Islands," where children can build, play, and connect with peers. The focus has shifted from revenue to the user base size of Dojo Islands, with over 10 million kids receiving class points weekly, many of whom have not installed the app. The company is seeking a product leader to drive kid growth for Dojo Islands, focusing on the end-to-end growth funnel and coordinating the company-wide roadmap for Monthly Active Kids.
