About The Position
9th Way Insignia is seeking a Growth Portfolio Executive to provide operational leadership across the company’s integrated growth functions. This role sits within the CTO organization and serves as a central coordinating leader across business development, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives. This position aligns to a Level 6 – Portfolio Executive at 9th Way Insignia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field or experience in lieu of degree
- 15+ years of experience in federal contracting
- Strong understanding of GovCon growth models
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience within a CTO or Innovation organization
- Experience with partnerships or joint ventures
- PMP or equivalent certification
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across business development, capture, proposal, innovation, and partnership functions
- Support identification, prioritization, and shaping of strategic opportunities
- Align innovation initiatives with growth priorities and customer needs
- Coordinate strategic partnerships and joint ventures
- Ensure growth activities align with executive priorities
- Strengthen collaboration between Growth, Delivery, Technology, and Executive teams
