As the Growth & Partner Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing breeder engagement within our marketplace. You will develop high-impact strategies to improve breeder retention, streamline customer success operations, and drive community engagement. The ideal candidate will not only foster strong breeder relationships but also develop and refine outreach strategies, marketing initiatives, and community engagement efforts. This is a hands-on role with strategic ownership. We are looking for someone who is interested in rolling up their sleeves to ideate, execute and iterate - with a focus on being able to adapt quickly to changing environments and work collaboratively. You will design outreach and marketing campaigns, manage and mentor a customer specialist team, and iterate based on data-driven insights to maximize growth and retention. Proven experience in customer engagement, grass-roots marketing/partnerships, or community management within a marketplace or startup. Strong team leadership and operational expertise, including experiencing supporting a customer support or customer success team. Ability to develop and refine talk tracks, training materials, and outreach strategies to improve team performance. Proficiency with Customer.io (or similar email marketing/CRM tools) to create and manage marketing campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with direct phone outreach and relationship-building.
