About The Position

FH Furr, a prominent home services provider in the Atlantic South region, is expanding its marketing team. As part of Apex Service Partners, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and reporting to optimize campaigns and drive measurable business growth. Job Overview The Growth Marketing Specialist for the Atlantic Region will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies across 3–4+ branches. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, with a strong focus on digital channels such as paid search, SEO, and Local Service Ads (LSA). This role requires the ability to interpret performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate effectively with field leadership, including General Managers and Regional Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms).
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid search, SEO, LSA, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the skilled trades or home services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels. Deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize tactics to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Optimize paid search, SEO, LSA, and other digital channels to ensure strong performance and local market visibility.
  • Budget Optimization: Optimize marketing spend with a focus on cost efficiency, performance outcomes, and measurable impact.
  • Market & Competitive Insights: Leverage data to assess market trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior to refine growth strategies.
  • Field Collaboration: Partner closely with General Managers and Regional Managers to align marketing initiatives with local market needs and business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the development of data-driven marketing strategies that integrate digital and traditional channels to achieve regional growth goals.
  • Leadership Reporting: Prepare clear, concise performance updates for senior leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Demonstrate strong initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and meeting deadlines.
