About The Position

M-Files is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join their North America marketing team. This role reports to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and focuses on account-based marketing programs, webinars, campaigns, and field initiatives. Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, demand generation, event coordination, or a related area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Salesforce.com or HubSpot for data entry, record management, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment.
  • Experience coordinating in-person field events such as executive dinners, trade shows, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% to support field marketing events.
  • AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for various marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to execute account-based marketing campaigns, field marketing programs, executive dinners, webinars, roundtables, and trade shows.
  • Manage logistics for events to ensure exceptional experiences for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Research and book venues, catering, and vendors for events.
  • Coordinate end-to-end webinar execution, including speaker coordination, registration, attendee communications, platform logistics, live support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Send invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications to prospects and customers.
  • Maintain organized event registration and attendee lists.
  • Support account-based marketing and sales outreach by preparing target account lists, campaign materials, and coordinating post-event sales follow-up.
  • Travel up to 25% to support field events, including booth setup, shipping, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
  • Maintain accurate lead, contact, and account data in Salesforce.com.
  • Log inbound leads and event attendees into the CRM promptly.
  • Manage campaign setup, membership, list imports, and segmentation in HubSpot.
  • Partner with SDRs to ensure timely follow-up for event and campaign leads.
  • Organize and maintain prospect and account contact lists for campaigns.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and engagement.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables across Marketing, Sales, partners, and vendors to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain Asana project templates, timelines, and task trackers.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage shipments, and ensure event materials arrive on time.
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for events and campaigns.
  • Contribute to campaign briefs and supporting materials.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting communications, summarizing research, assisting with campaign execution, project management, and operational efficiency.
  • Help surface campaign performance insights using AI assistance.
