The challenge is conversion, activation, and monetization. This role exists to turn that attention into efficient, predictable, and scalable revenues. The Growth Marketing Manager is the owner of Carry’s conversion and lifecycle engine. You will be responsible for how prospects move from first interaction → signup → activation → paid conversion → upsells → retention across our marketing website, funnels, and email automations. This is not a campaign manager role. This is a revenue ownership role. At the heart of this role is a single truth: Attention is an input. Conversion and lifecycle are the system. You will combine website conversion optimization, funnel experimentation, lifecycle email & automation, and copywriting + analytics into one integrated growth system that compounds over time.
