About The Position

Our client is a bootstrapped, profitable B2B SaaS company founded in 2014, serving 20,000+ active users in the property management industry. Strong product-market fit, proven integrations, and ready to scale their marketing intentionally. You'll lead the marketing function—reporting directly to the CEO with the freedom to set strategy and execute across paid acquisition, content, SEO, and lifecycle campaigns. You'll have an agency, social media specialist, and events team supporting your initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with proven paid acquisition experience
  • Hands-on analytics—set up GA4, track CAC/LTV, run A/B tests
  • Strong copywriting for ads, landing pages, blogs, and emails
  • AI-fluent—use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster
  • Fluent English for U.S. audiences
  • Self-sufficient—launch and iterate without constant oversight

Nice To Haves

  • SEO, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation experience
  • B2B SaaS or subscription product background
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or field services

Responsibilities

  • Run Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook campaigns to drive qualified sign-ups
  • Write blog posts, case studies, email sequences that convert
  • Launch new features and craft messaging that resonates with property managers
  • Build onboarding sequences to improve trial-to-paid conversion
  • Set up analytics infrastructure (GA4) and track key metrics
  • Brief designers, developers, and the agency to keep campaigns moving
  • Partner with integrations teams on co-marketing campaigns
