Whether it's midnight sign-ups, events, or seamless payments, we're the behind-the-scenes magic that makes success happen 24/ We're looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our top-of-funnel revenue engine at MyStudio — increasing brand awareness among our ideal customer profile and converting that awareness through the funnel. You'll be responsible for driving new business (acquisition) primarily through organic channels (with opportunity to expand to paid), with the goal of generating qualified leads and trials for our inbound sales team to convert to paying members. This is a hands-on role where you'll develop and execute strategies end-to-end, from concept to conversion. You're not just running campaigns—you're building sustainable growth systems that consistently deliver pipeline and revenue. As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll bring a proven background in building and optimizing growth-focused marketing programs that create awareness, drive engagement, generate pipeline, and convert customers over time.

Requirements

  • Proven track record driving measurable growth through organic marketing channels
  • Deep expertise in content marketing, SEO, LLM/AI search, email marketing, and partnership development
  • Hands-on marketer who can generate new ideas, create content and campaigns, execute, and measure results
  • Performance-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ownership of marketing analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, G4, Clarity), experience evaluating and onboarding new tools
  • Experience designing lead nurture programs and optimizing conversion funnels
  • Paid media campaign development and management — testing, optimization, and reporting
  • Collaborative team player who works well across functions
  • Self-starter who can identify opportunities, test new ideas, and iterate quickly

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Through Organic Channels
  • Own top-of-funnel growth across content/SEO, social media, email, and partnerships
  • Explore and test new channels to expand our reach and attract high-value leads
  • Develop strategies that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and drive conversions
  • Convert High-Quality Leads
  • Build nurture programs that move leads from awareness to trial to paying customer
  • Focus relentlessly on lead quality and conversion rates, not just volume
  • Execute End-to-End Campaigns
  • Roll up your sleeves to develop campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Create content, launch initiatives, and optimize performance across all touchpoints
  • Think beyond individual campaigns to build programs that drive sustained growth
  • Measure and Optimize Performance
  • Own campaign analytics and reporting to measure what's working and what's not
  • Use data to continuously improve performance and identify new opportunities
  • Establish clear metrics and benchmarks for success across all channels
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Work closely with the marketing team, RevOps, Strategic Account Managers, and BDRs to align efforts and maximize impact
  • Share insights and coordinate on strategies that support the full customer journey
  • Partner with sales to ensure smooth handoffs and closed-loop reporting
