About The Position

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale acquisition, lifecycle, and growth analytics capabilities for a fast-growing, national home services platform. This role is ideal for a highly analytical marketer who can think strategically, move quickly, leverage data deeply, and has gone deep in at least one performance marketing channel. This is a metrics-driven role that requires strong quantitative skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and dashboards. Candidates who struggle with highly analytical work will not be a fit. This role offers exposure to a full omnichannel growth system, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to influence growth strategy and operating models at scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in highly analytical roles (e.g., performance marketing, consulting, investment banking), plus 1–2+ years in growth or marketing roles
  • Deep expertise in at least one performance-heavy channel (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Meta) with strong command of performance marketing metrics
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; highly proficient in spreadsheets and performance dashboards
  • Proven experience owning funnel metrics and unit economics (ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates) and using data to drive budget allocation and prioritization
  • Strong understanding of attribution and measurement frameworks (e.g., UTMs, call tracking tools) and how to QA tracking systems
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, apply first-principles thinking, and develop pragmatic, data-backed solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with external partners or agencies
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, low-structure environments
  • Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new channels, tools, and approaches

Responsibilities

  • Drive scalable growth by building and optimizing acquisition and lifecycle programs tied to funnel performance, unit economics, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Launch and scale new growth channels or expand existing ones (e.g., affiliates, referral programs, direct mail, print, streaming/CTV, and more)
  • Own funnel performance and unit economics reporting (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates); identify data gaps and build reporting that enables faster, better decision-making
  • Optimize the funnel end-to-end by identifying conversion bottlenecks, designing data-driven experiments, and partnering cross-functionally to improve performance
  • Manage agencies across paid and organic channels, validating performance and digging into data as needed to uncover insights and optimization opportunities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new market launches, including local search and advertising expansion, and post-acquisition growth playbooks
  • Establish, improve, and QA attribution tracking, UTMs, and measurement frameworks to improve reporting accuracy and decision quality
  • Build, test, and iterate lifecycle marketing campaigns (email and SMS) to improve conversion and customer re-engagement
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive funnel improvements, growth efficiency, and profitability
