Requirements

  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including managing funnels and automated workflows.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally generating measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and CRM marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of inbound and demand generation campaigns across CRM, paid, organic, and content channels.
  • Build, optimize, and refine landing pages, CTAs, forms, and nurture workflows to maximize lead conversion and pipeline impact.
  • Conduct continuous experimentation on messaging, offers, channels, and formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and produce marketing content including case studies, videos, benchmark reports, and educational guides targeted at key audiences.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to evaluate lead quality, align campaigns with real-world objections, and improve feedback loops.
  • Track, report, and maintain dashboards for metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with product, content, and operations teams to enhance overall marketing impact.
