We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive qualified pipeline growth for Ally Waste. In this role, you'll focus on generating high-quality leads through paid channels, marketing campaigns, and ongoing funnel optimization. You'll actively manage and improve our Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, identify new opportunities to increase lead volume and quality, and work closely with Sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into real opportunities. Success in this role will be measured by the growth of qualified inbound opportunities and improvements in the marketing-driven pipeline. It's a strong fit for someone with hands-on experience in paid media and marketing analytics, rather than brand, social media, or content-only roles.
