Founded in 2008, Clare V. has grown to 14 stores across the country, with a design studio in Los Angeles, relationships with artisans and factory partners both locally and internationally, and a global community at the heart of the brand. Overview: Clare V. is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team for a 14 week contract starting mid May 2026. In this role you will leverage your knowledge and experience with growth marketing to bring operational excellence to the team for a fixed duration as a key support and expert consultant. The ideal candidate is highly independent and able to operate both collaboratively and autonomously to drive resolution and results. This team member will not only support the business during the VP of Marketing’s family leave, they will also dive deeply into the business, acting as a consultant to help drive improved insights on incrementality and media mix across the Clare V. acquisition portfolio. This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer and sits within the marketing and creative team.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of hands on keyboard experience in performance marketing (preference for Paid Digital Media or Direct Mail ownership)
  • Independent: You’re comfortable working through ambiguity and like being the expert in the room.
  • Curious: You always ask the next question - never stopping at the obvious and always probing to understand the deeper ‘why’ behind the performance.
  • Data-driven: You know where to look for the right data and then how to translate the patterns for audiences across a diverse range of functions. You think in numbers, but you present in stories.
  • Kind: You approach your work with enthusiasm but you take care to be a team player and like working in environments that prioritize thoughtful interaction.
  • This job has a requirement of 2-5 days in-office at our studio in the Frogtown neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with external agency partners on Affiliate, Paid Digital Media, CTV, and Direct Mail to ensure seamless execution, assist in budgeting, and drive strategic in-market decision-making.
  • Responsible for ensuring all channels have the assets and creative necessary to execute at a high level - working cross functionally with the creative, ecomm, merchandising, and planning teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Responsible for briefing and creative project management through delivery to external partners.
  • Responsible for weekly performance reporting, owning the weekly dashboard in partnership with the CBO.
  • Responsible for weekly creative efficiency reviews, providing recommendations for sunsetting ad creative and adjusting messaging where necessary.
  • Key internal point of contact for week-to-week budget and strategy optimization across channels.
  • Work with VP of marketing to define a scope for a comprehensive audit of Clare V.’s media mix - working to define stronger measures of attribution and incrementality.
  • Partner with internal and external partners to gather, clean, and analyze data.
  • At the conclusion of the contract, deliver the audit, sharing in-depth analysis of the current Clare V. acquisition program alongside an actionable roadmap for the CV media mix, including recommended budget improvements, actionable testing calendar, and recommended systematic or process improvements.
