The Growth Marketing Manager - Account Performance is responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and lifetime value across Keep Supply’s customer base. This role owns account-level performance strategy end-to-end, with a specific focus on designing, operating, and scaling our loyalty program, Keep Pro. You will define how we grow accounts over time—through smarter segmentation, targeted incentives, pricing and promotion strategies, and loyalty mechanics—while partnering closely with Sales, Portfolio, and Technology to execute. This is a highly strategic role with hands-on ownership of programs that directly impact revenue.
