We are now scaling rapidly following a major funding round. About The Role We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own the campaigns, messaging, and conferences that drive every demo on our calendar. This is a brand new role at Develop Health, reporting to our Head of Growth. You'll inherit a working outbound machine — account executives, SDRs, multi-channel sequences, and conference presence at industry events — and your job is to make all of it sharper, faster, and more measurable. You won't manage the AEs; you'll multiply their output by giving them better messaging, better targeting, and better experiments to run. What You’ll Do – Impact In Your First 3–6 Months: Take ownership of every outbound sequence — Rewrite messaging across direct mail, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel orchestration; A/B where there's volume; kill what isn't converting. Build the experiment source-of-truth — Catalog every structured test we've run to date (what worked, what didn't, what's worth re-running) so keep learning from our lessons. Lock our conference presence at strategic events — Decide which conferences map to company strategy, plan booth concept and collateral, and run the pre/post-event sequences that turn floor traffic into pipeline. Attend the events representing Develop Health. Run a brand-specific outbound program — Multi-channel campaign targeting prescribers of a single high-priority brand, with a clean experimental readout in 6-8 weeks. Ship the conversion dashboard — Partner with our analytics lead to build channel × EHR × specialty cuts of contact rate, demo rate, and demo-to-close, so funnel decisions can be qualitative. What You’ll Own – Driving Growth Beyond 12 Months: Demand Generation Function — Own targets, channel mix, budget allocation, and weekly experiment cadence across the entire growth motion. Conference Program — Own the annual calendar, ROI tracking, and the evolution of our booth and field presence as we scale. Sales Collateral System — Maintain a living library of EHR-segmented and specialty-segmented assets that AEs and the SDR pull from without asking. Messaging & Positioning Authority — Become the internal source of truth for how we talk about Develop Health to every buyer segment. Experimentation Engine — Build the rhythm and rigor for testing new channels, offers, and creative angles so growth keeps compounding past obvious tactics.
