This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving growth strategy while actively operating within key acquisition channels. We are looking to bridge a critical gap between tactical media buying and high-level growth strategy. This role will serve as a central force in both developing players and driving systemic impact, ensuring we are not just running campaigns, but building scalable growth engines. This role is designed for a “player-coach” who can both execute at a high level and elevate the performance of a team. You will identify growth opportunities, pressure-test performance, and build repeatable systems that drive measurable improvements in user growth, retention, and LTV. You will work closely with Product, Analytics, and Finance to ensure acquisition efforts are efficient, scalable, and aligned with long-term business outcomes.
