We’re looking for an ABM leader with a GTM engineer mindset to join our New York team — someone who deeply understands the ABM motion in B2B SaaS and has a proven track record of building programs that generate enterprise pipeline. This is a true strategist + operator role. You will set the ABM and pipeline strategy, and lead a significant portion of the execution yourself. You won’t operate alone: you’ll partner closely with Content, Events, Product Marketing, and the broader marketing team. But you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, building workflows, launching campaigns, and optimizing programs hands-on. You’re excited by all the “cool new kids” in marketing tech and comfortable jumping into the tools to build, test, and improve. You combine ABM expertise with systems thinking, technical curiosity, and strong pipeline accountability. We sell to some of the most exciting brands in global retail across fashion, luxury, grocery, specialty, C-store, and QSR. Our buyers are retail operations, innovation, and communications leaders. Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
  • 3+ years building and executing enterprise ABM programs
  • Proven success generating qualified pipeline through ABM
  • Experience managing or enabling BDR/SDR teams (direct management preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with ABM platforms, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • ABM leader with a GTM engineer mindse
  • Comfortable owning strategy and executing hands-o
  • Experience selling into global market
  • Deep understanding of ABM in B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Highly technical and curious about emerging GTM tool
  • Comfortable building workflows between Seam.ai, HubSpot, Influ2, Salesforce, and enrichment tools
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Global ABM strategy and execution
  • U.S. pipeline performance
  • Direct management of 2 U.S.-based BDRs
  • Orchestration of the marketing and GTM tech stack
  • Designing how signal turns into engagement, engagement into meetings, and meetings into pipeline
  • Lead and scale YOOBIC’s global Account-Based Marketing strategy across 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs.
  • Define ICP segmentation and account tiering
  • Build persona-driven messaging across buying committees
  • Launch multi-channel ABM plays (digital, outbound, paid, events, sales activation)
  • Partner closely with Sales on account plans and pipeline targets
  • Drive strategic programs hands-on in collaboration with Content, Events and Product Marketing
  • Design and optimise workflows across HubSpot, Salesforce, Seam.ai, Influ2 and intent platforms
  • Build trigger-based programs using intent data, engagement signals and buying committee activity
  • Partner with RevOps on scoring, enrichment, routing and automation
  • Develop dashboards tracking engagement-to-pipeline conversion
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new GTM tools
  • Set and manage monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Coach BDRs on targeting, messaging and sequencing
  • Align outbound with ABM strategy and intent signals
  • Lead pipeline reviews and address engagement gaps
  • Ensure marketing insights translate into sales conversations
