We’re hiring a Growth Strategy Lead to act as a strategic partner to our marketing and executive leadership team. This role focuses on understanding where growth is working, where it’s breaking, and how we should respond. You will operate across all acquisition channels, connecting signals from marketing, product, web, retail, and customer behavior to surface the highest-impact opportunities for growth and guide how we act on them, grounded in data and performance insights. You’ll proactively identify where to focus and how to improve performance, and step in when outcomes fall short to diagnose root causes, connect disparate signals, and help the team align on clear next steps. You’ll do this by framing the right questions and translating insights into actionable recommendations. This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and partners closely with channel owners, creative, and analytics teams. This person must be based in the United States or Canada. Hatch is based out of California, so this role would be asked to be available during PST/PDT hours.
