We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Automation Manager (AI-Enabled) to own and optimize our email nurture and retargeting database programs. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, this individual will be directly responsible for new business pipeline creation and stage acceleration through automated marketing programs. You will also be responsible for governance throughout our database and support a limited set of communications and select lifecycle moments. This is a role for someone who: loves being in the tools (especially HubSpot), thinks in systems and feedback loops, drives performance through experimentation, uses AI-enabled methods to move faster and continuously improve results. You will be directly responsible for the channel from strategy through execution, reporting, and iteration, using Asana to run work with clarity and high ownership. This is a hybrid role based in our Santa Clara, CA office.
