About The Position

The Growth Marketing Associate will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid social and paid search channels. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and executing tests to improve efficiency and scale growth. The associate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, support day-to-day marketing operations, and stay current on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably within DTC e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Test-and-learn mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social and paid search channels, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube, with accountability for pacing, performance, and acquisition goals.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and scale growth.
  • Execute testing across creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages, while partnering with Creative teams and agencies to develop briefs and maintain a robust testing roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, and external partners to support campaign execution, tracking and measurement implementation, reporting, and new product launches.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, vendor management, and campaign reporting.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging acquisition opportunities, bringing new ideas and best practices to continuously improve performance.
