About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Associate who lives at the intersection of data, performance, and creative. This is a 360° growth role. You will own day-to-day execution across our core acquisition channels, with deep expertise in: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok (including web and shop). You’ll help turn ambitious growth goals into structured, measurable campaigns that drive real commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with the VP Growth Marketing and cross-functional teams to test, learn, scale, and constantly raise the bar.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in paid marketing, with strong execution across search and paid social.
  • Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale performance creative (UGC, creators, ads that sell, not just ads that look good).
  • Experience managing budgets and performance at daily/weekly/monthly levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset: confident working with data, identifying growth opportunities, and making decisions grounded in numbers.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets; comfortable managing performance reports and using reporting/analytics platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with affiliates, CRM, or retention/lifecycle platforms.
  • Experience in eCommerce, consumer brands, or subscription/marketplace models.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution, optimisation, and scaling of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok; support and test into additional channels (e.g. affiliates, partners) as we grow.
  • Contribute to CRM planning to ensure performance activity is aligned with customer journeys and lifecycle strategy.
  • Plan and launch campaigns across channels with clear targets, measurement plans, and tight feedback loops.
  • Build and refine campaign structures, processes, and workflows that enable scale without losing control of efficiency or quality.
  • Implement and champion test-and-learn roadmaps (creatives, audiences, formats, landing pages, offers) to unlock continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with creative teams and creators to brief, refine, and deploy performance-focused assets.
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance; translate data into clear actions and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Own channel-level KPIs (e.g. CAC, ROAS, LTV inputs, revenue, contribution) that ladder up to overall business growth.
