As the products and team grow, they are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to be the analytical engine of the team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Data/Product/Marketing Analyst.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Experience with Python for analysis, including pandas, numpy, and statsmodels.
  • Experience automating pipelines.
  • Experience working with marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention, and others.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner).
  • Experience with ML models (churn prediction, LTV forecasting).
  • Experience with mobile analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for marketing analytics from inception to insight.
  • Conduct cohort and funnel analysis, including in-depth user behavior research, Retention, LTV, CAC, and unit economics.
  • Manage end-to-end A/B testing, from experiment design to statistical validation and product recommendations.
  • Analyze the performance of advertising platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, ASA, etc.
  • Perform strategic ad hoc research to assist C-level executives and stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
