Growth Manager
About The Position
Growth at Judgment Labs is a hands on role that mixes events, content, and creative experimentation. You will host ground gaming sessions, run events, create high leverage content, and secure speaking opportunities at conferences. Judgment Labs builds infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring, and improving long trajectory agents. Leading AI labs and fast growing companies use our platform to measure agent behavior, train reward models, and create reliable self improvement loops. Our work sits at the center of agent reliability and rapid iteration. We are a venture backed company based in San Francisco, working in person to move quickly and build the core systems that will shape the next generation of autonomous agents.
Requirements
- Experience in growth, marketing, or community building
- Exceptional communication skills and creativity
- Ability to experiment rapidly and measure results
- Comfort working in an early stage environment
Responsibilities
- Organize and host community events for agent developers
- Run growth experiments across content, GEO, and SEO
- Manage social channels and produce growth focused content
- Build relationships with conference organizers and secure speaking slots
- Track and optimize performance across growth funnels
