About The Position

Happy Mammoth is looking for a Growth Manager to own funnel performance, CRO, and the commercial alignment between paid acquisition and on-site experience. You will build, test, and optimize the funnels and landing pages that turn paid traffic into customers β€” and you will be measured on whether they actually convert. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, conversion optimization, and commercial strategy. Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural health company formulating, producing, and marketing gut health and hormone-balancing supplements to millions of customers across Australia, the United States, and Europe. We operate direct-to-consumer through Shopify Plus and Amazon, with deep roots in performance marketing and direct response. This is a company built on speed, testing, and commercial results.

Requirements

  • Experience leading the creation and optimization of acquisition funnels in a direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Understanding of the full funnel from ad click to checkout and ability to diagnose performance breakdowns.
  • Fluency in funnel metrics: CVR, AOV, RPV, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience overseeing structured A/B testing programs and distinguishing statistical significance from noise.
  • Experience with Shopify, modern landing page builders, and analytics platforms like Gempages, Replo, Triple Whale, GA4, or similar.
  • Understanding of attribution challenges and ability to make decisions with imperfect data.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set direction and drive execution through a team.
  • Ability to brief developers, copywriters, and designers with precision, providing clear direction for fast, quality output.
  • Ability to work closely with paid media teams and understand the connection between creative strategy, audience targeting, and funnel experience.
  • Fast-paced approach to decision-making, shipping tests, and iterating.
  • CVs in English.

Responsibilities

  • Share ownership of on-site commercial performance across all Happy Mammoth stores (US, EU, AU), ensuring strong alignment between ad promises and landing page delivery.
  • Drive Revenue per Visitor by optimizing the connection between paid traffic sources, landing pages, offers, and checkout flows.
  • Diagnose root causes of conversion drops (e.g., creative mismatch, offer fatigue, page friction) and direct the team to implement fixes.
  • Own the full lifecycle of funnels, landing pages, PDPs, and commercial flows, from brief to build to test to scale.
  • Set strategic direction, write testing hypotheses, define success metrics, and oversee structured A/B testing programs.
  • Ensure disciplined execution by briefing developers, copywriters, and designers with clear direction, enforcing performance validation before scaling, post-launch monitoring, and fast iteration.
  • Lead the commercial execution of new product launches and seasonal or promotional campaigns, directing the creation of launch funnels, landing pages, and supporting assets.
  • Set creative and strategic direction for product launches and campaigns, coordinate timing with the paid media team, and ensure measurable success from day one.
  • Own the go-to-market funnel and provide strategic feedback to the paid acquisition team regarding creative angles, audience targeting, and funnel performance.
  • Act as the bridge between media buying and on-site conversion.
