About The Position

TL;DR: We’re hiring an acquisition-focused Growth Lead to work directly with our Head of Growth to scale Listen from $XX → $XXX ARR. You’re a highly quantitative, experimental, and energetic performance marketer who’s excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves – no task is too small when it helps move the company forward. Minimum 4 years experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally at a high-growth startup. Prior experience in consulting or investment banking is a plus. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions. Requirements

  • You’re highly data-driven, comfortable digging into dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution to uncover insights and guide decisions.
  • You’re fluent in modern marketing tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker/Mode, Webflow, and others.
  • You’re customer-obsessed, always thinking about the ICP, their journey, and how to reach them with the right message at the right time.
  • You move fast, seek clarity, and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
  • You care deeply about craft and impact, not just output – you take pride in doing great work, even on small details.
  • You’re curious and collaborative – eager to learn from teammates across functions and energized by talking to customers to understand their needs and shape campaigns that drive growth.
  • You’re excited about building the marketing foundation for a company defining a new category.

Responsibilities

  • User acquisition: Own and scale multi-channel acquisition across paid social and search, SEO/AEO, partnerships, and affiliates to drive high-quality opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Growth experimentation: Run a fast, structured experimentation program to test new ideas and scale high-performing campaigns rapidly.
  • Creative strategy: Partner with product marketing and design to identify and develop the right content and creatives to fuel our campaigns.
  • Marketing analytics: Set up attribution, analytics, and dashboards to measure performance and inform decisions with data.
  • Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing Ops to align on ICP, messaging, pipeline goals, and campaign priorities.
  • 0→1 growth foundations: Build the core playbooks, systems, and processes that will anchor Listen’s growth engine from the ground up.
