About The Position
Amca is building America’s new industrial base by rapidly developing and manufacturing new critical components and subsystems required to build and sustain the planes, military vehicles, and core infrastructure America needs. Amca operates seven factories nationwide, including its advanced prototyping and testing headquarters in El Segundo, and delivers avionics, hydraulic, and electrical components for various platforms. The Growth Internship is a cross-functional role focused on 0-to-1 projects, encompassing M&A strategy, business development, government relations, visual design, architecture, and talent systems. This role requires a combination of deep research and analysis, creativity, and aesthetic taste.
Requirements
- Extremely analytical.
- Persuasive.
- Able to move quickly.
- Unwilling to ever take no as an answer.
- Serious humanities student.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or protected person under 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3)).
Responsibilities
