Growth Intern

Dedalus Labs, Inc.San Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Dedalus Labs is an AI research neolab building infrastructure for AI agents. We’re building the persistent compute layer that powers the next generation of autonomous software. Great technology deserves great distribution, and we’re looking for builders who can help developers discover, understand, and love what we’re building. Growth at Dedalus isn’t just marketing. It’s developer education, community building, storytelling, experimentation, and helping technical products find the people they’re built for. This is a paid, full-time, three-month internship based in San Francisco. Applications remain open on a rolling, year-round basis. When we meet an exceptional or unusually high-slope growth builder, we invite them to join the team for a season. You’ll work directly alongside Dedalus’s founders, engineers, and developer community on real growth initiatives. You may shadow experienced team members, but you’ll also be expected to take ownership, talk to users, create compelling technical content, run experiments, organize programs, and help bring products to market. Interns who demonstrate exceptional judgment, creativity, execution, ownership, and mutual fit may be considered for full-time roles. Conversion is possible, but never automatic or promised.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong storytelling ability.
  • Comfort explaining technical concepts to different audiences.
  • Curiosity about AI, startups, developer tools, and technical communities.
  • Evidence that you have independently created, organized, launched, or grown something.
  • Creative thinking paired with strong execution.
  • Comfort operating under ambiguity and learning quickly.
  • Strong organizational ability and follow-through.
  • High agency and excellent judgment.
  • We evaluate accomplishments relative to your experience. You do not need conventional growth or marketing credentials, but you should be able to show that you have taken initiative and produced meaningful results.

  • Experience running communities, hackathons, or technical events.

  • Startup, entrepreneurial, or independent project experience.
  • Experience measuring growth through metrics and experimentation.
  • A community, publication, social account, event series, or product you built from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Technical content and developer education.
  • Community programs, workshops, and events.
  • Product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Partnerships with developers, founders, universities, and ecosystem communities.
  • Onboarding experiences that help developers become productive faster.
  • Internal growth tooling and operational workflows.
