This role supports frontline employees, emerging leaders, supervisors, managers, and department leaders across multiple branches, trades, and operational teams. Success in this role includes helping people grow personally and professionally while strengthening consistency, communication, accountability, team development, and overall effectiveness across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who can connect naturally with both frontline employees and leaders, facilitate meaningful development experiences, and help make personal and professional growth practical, repeatable, and accessible throughout the organization.
