About The Position

We are seeking an elite paid media expert with agency experience to join TNT Growth. This role is crucial for driving revenue for our clients and setting the standard for our team. You will be responsible for identifying and fixing account issues, coaching other Growth Managers, and delivering real revenue results across a portfolio of clients. The position offers significant growth potential as the company scales.

Requirements

Expertise in Meta and Google Ads, including scaling large budgets and rescuing underperforming accounts.
Proven ability to lead and coach other marketers, providing effective feedback.
Strong understanding of bid strategy, creative, and landing page optimization.
Experience in client management and relationship building.
Ability to identify issues before they escalate.
Proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Set the standard for the whole team in paid media.
Catch problems before they become client fires.
Coach other Growth Managers to improve their skills.
Drive real revenue results across a portfolio of clients.
Manage client relationships and build rapport.
Work closely with TNT executives and high-level client stakeholders.
Ensure account health and provide reporting for your assigned accounts.
Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to prevent accounts from declining.
Handle and triage emergencies effectively.
