Clarity Pediatrics is redefining pediatric chronic care in a fragmented, $100B category. Clarity is fast emerging as one of the most innovative leaders in pediatric health. One in three American children has a common chronic condition like ADHD, allergies, asthma, and obesity, yet families struggle to get timely, high-quality care. Clarity scales virtual access to multi-specialty care, putting all the care a family needs in one place. We’re turning a chaotic, fragmented, and expensive care journey into a clear path forward. Now is a great time to join. We recently closed a substantial Series A, which means we’ve got runway, ambition, and a growing team. Since inception, we’ve raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, Strava, and Tia. How we are different Category creator in pediatric chronic care: Clarity is the first virtual platform uniting multi-specialty care for children with chronic conditions. We’ve built a new model that replaces fragmented specialty visits with one coordinated, scalable system of care. Clinically led with proven outcomes: Designed by pediatric subspecialists, our evidence-based approach delivers high engagement and industry-leading unit economics, demonstrating both superior outcomes and durable growth potential. High-trust, high-leverage growth engine: Anchored in pediatrician referrals (85% of volume), innovative group care, and Medicaid inclusion from day one, Clarity’s model compounds through network effects, strong retention, and expanding condition-based verticals. Experienced team Our cofounders bring deep domain expertise in healthcare and company building: Christina LaMontagne (CEO) has led two startups to >$100M ARR and profitability, scaled care delivery to 250K+ patients per month as COO of a leading women’s telehealth service, and was an early GM at NerdWallet (IPO 2021). She earned her MBA at Harvard and was a Fulbright Scholar in China. Dr. Alesandro Larrazabal (CMO) trained at UCSF and Stanford, led specialty care at Kaiser Permanente, and worked at IDEO. A native of Guatemala, he is triple-board certified across multiple pediatric specialties and ensures all our care is offered in English and Spanish. The Role Texas is where we want to invest and experiment most aggressively. We're hiring a Growth GM to lead it and to build the new market playbook we'll use everywhere after it. This is someone who moves fast, pushes hard, and figures out what actually drives growth: which channels work, which partnerships matter, and how to sequence a market to accelerate provider penetration and referrals. We've built a highly effective referral engine with pediatricians in California, with 2,000+ referring pediatricians today, and we have a strong hypothesis for a winning playbook. We need you to experiment your way to a version we can deploy in market after market with local tweaks, which is what unlocks national growth. You'll have three markets to run experiments on in parallel: Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin. Winning in Texas is the entirety of your first job, and then you'll lead our growth into new markets. This takes grit and a willingness to do the work yourself while you're learning it. You'll spend time in clinics leading drop-bys, in-services, and clinical presentations, building real relationships with pediatricians, medical directors, and health system leaders. You'll also bring every channel we have (inside sales, an on-the-ground rep, MD advisors) into one coherent push, working closely with our marketing team. What matters most is how fast you learn and how much of it makes it back to the rest of us. You'll run experiments across the three markets, measure them, and tell us what you find. You'll have a far better read than anyone here on what lands with a Texas pediatrician, and marketing will build the Texas-specific assets and campaigns your learnings call for. You'll build the team alongside us, largely from scratch and in parallel with getting the market up and running, and you'll turn what works into the playbook so the next market doesn't start from zero. There's ambiguity built into this on purpose. We think of it as a "wet clay" role: you'll help define the market approach, the team structure, and the channel mix as you go, with a lot of autonomy to make the calls. If you've wanted to build a business from zero, this is a chance to do it. You’ll report to our Head of GTM. What success looks like in year one: A documented, repeatable playbook to be deployed in the next markets Our three Texas markets at roughly $3M+ in combined ARR Referral volume growing across the Texas footprint Activated, referring providers At least one Texas market fully activated and running at high growth and efficiency What you’ll own Own Texas growth end to end and write the playbook: Bring marketing, inside sales, on-the-ground reps, and MD advisors together into one growth engine for Texas, partnering with marketing on positioning and campaigns. Build the strategy and the customer segmentation, and prove out which combination actually builds a winning, high-efficiency market. Run the experiments and bring back the learnings: Design the tests that answer the questions we have open right now: Dallas vs. Fort Worth, when to add on-the-ground presence, how to sequence Austin. Build the measurement behind them, and come back to us with a clear read on what drives provider activation. You’ll start with some leverage, including a physician liaison on the ground, medical advisors, and inside sales support. Each one is an experiment, and part of the job is telling us which ones belong in the playbook. Build and drive the team: Coach and push the people running each of those functions, building the team in parallel with building the market itself. Hire the team as we expand to new markets. Win provider and health system relationships: Build and own the relationships with medical advisors and referring providers that get Clarity in the door, and keep pushing until they become real advocates. Work the conferences and chapter networks, connect the right people to our CMO, and partner with enterprise and payer teams where a relationship you’ve built can open a door.
