As a Growth Excellence Manager, you'll lead high-impact, project-based initiatives across New Customer Growth (NCG), Existing Customer Growth (ECG), and Pricing. You will be delivering measurable value for Covestro's Business Entities and the organization as a whole. This role uniquely blends structured problem solving, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution. You'll serve as a subject-matter expert and act as the critical bridge between business requirements and digital/AI enablement, including serving as Product Manager for the digital solutions supporting NCG and ECG. Beyond individual Business Entities, you'll identify and drive cross-BE growth opportunities where shared approaches, common frameworks, and scalable solutions unlock value that no single BE could achieve alone. This role could be located in Pittsburgh, Germany, Shanghai, or Hong Kong.
