About The Position

We are hiring a Growth Engineer in the marketing team — an AI-native builder who will leverage advanced tools to efficiently orchestrate marketing operations, integrated campaigns, and sales coordination. You’ll report to the VP, Marketing and work closely with our sales, events, content, and design team members. It’s never been a more exciting time for marketers - AI tools are giving the function enormous leverage and scale. As part of the Logicbroker marketing team, this role will harness the power of truly integrated AI capabilities to gain scale and speed across several focus areas, including orchestrating advanced marketing operations workflows that accelerate our team, diving deep into reporting to generate insights that drive growth, architecting systems, workflows, and capabilities that amplify marketing’s successes, and owning key agency, contractor, and stakeholder relationships. The right candidate is an AI-native marketer rooted in fundamentals — good storytelling and a solid grasp on data and analytics. We’re not looking for someone who has all the answers, but for someone who knows how to leverage AI to curiously build systems, skills, workflows, and outcomes. This role is an accelerator to unlock higher levels of speed to market, scale, insight gathering, and cross-functional collaboration. Coding experience not required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing – with experience in marketing automation
  • Revenue Cycle and reporting familiarity
  • Claude skills, projects, and agent builds for Marketing
  • HubSpot or Salesforce CRM experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience or management of an agency
  • Experience with optimization on major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Startup or scaling business experience oriented at Enterprise customers
  • Ecommerce industry knowledge
  • Board-level reporting outputs

Responsibilities

  • Scale AI-powered capabilities across the team
  • Work through a project list of outcomes that evolve as we continue to scale – and deliver capabilities, workflows, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and other functions to gather requirements and enable teams on the capabilities you’ll build
  • Focus on connecting key areas of the GTM motion to orchestrate faster and more precise go-to-market outcomes
  • Create documentation and resources to help the team build new skills and agents at scale
  • Drive Demand Generation programs
  • Leverage AI to work with contractors, agencies, and internal resources to grow results
  • Combine disparate reporting signals into a singular view
  • Automate signals and workflows within our go-to-market motions
  • Own Marketing reporting and insight
  • Work with RevOps and AI tools to provide consistent, accurate reporting on Marketing KPIs
  • Mine data for insights and escalate findings that can result in improved GTM performance
