About The Position

Anam is building the next interface for technology: interactive AI avatars. The market opportunity: text-to-speech has proven the category playbook for AI infrastructure, and interactive avatars are the next layer. The product is ready to accelerate into it: Anam independently proven as best on market across every key metric, with sub-second latency, 99.99% uptime, autoscaling to meet customer demand, and enterprise-grade compliance. Anam drives measurable outcomes for customers from Fortune 500 companies to AI-native hypergrowth companies like Siemens, L'Oréal, Preply, Vivun, and top-tier universities such as ASU: lifts conversion, accelerates product adoption and engagement, and reduces cost-to-serve. Our team comprises top technical talent from frontier AI labs and FAANG, led by ex-Synthesia (AI video unicorn) Founders. We're backed by top-tier VCs, including Redpoint Ventures, who led our seed, and incredible Angel operators, including ElevenLabs CEO Mati Staniszewski. You'll be a founding member of Anam's growth function, joining at the most critical inflection point of the business: proven product, proven demand, and a self-serve motion ready to compound. Your job is to get Anam in front of the developers and product leaders who'll build with us, and by shipping the surfaces (microsites, demos, funnels, loops) that convert curiosity into production usage.

Requirements

  • Pattern-matches to one of: DevRel at a developer tools or AI infra company, Growth Engineer at a PLG business, ex-founder, or ex-PM on a developer or AI product.
  • Plugged into the dev and AI startup ecosystem.
  • Track record of compounding work. Product Hunt #1s, viral demos, SEO that ranks, HN front page, X threads that drove signups.
  • Technical operator: ex-dev, vibe coder, or CS background.
  • Bias to ship. You'd rather launch the scrappy microsite this week than spec the perfect one for next quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Find our ICP and meet them where they are. Map the communities where developers and Heads of Product spend time, and build a presence that drives qualified signups.
  • Ship growth surfaces. Build and launch microsites, interactive prototypes, demo apps, and use-case showcases that prove Anam faster than a sales call ever could. Optimize landing pages, onboarding, and the free-to-paid funnel.
  • Run the experimentation engine. Design and execute A/B tests across acquisition, activation, and retention. Set up the tracking, instrumentation, and attribution so we know what's working.
  • Engineer viral and content loops. Build referral, share, and embed mechanics into the product.
