We’re looking for a Growth / Performance Marketing Lead to own our digital acquisition end-to-end. You’ll be accountable for driving efficient growth across paid and organic channels, the website, continuously improving conversions, and partnering cross-functionally to turn traffic into revenue/pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who can set strategy, build and manage the plans with help from AI, agencies and contractors as needed.
