About The Position

Equitable is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join their team as the Growth and Execution Support Coordinator. This role is vital in supporting the distribution leadership team and ensuring seamless execution of external relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate will excel in logistics, data management, and articulation of the company's value proposition. This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer-focused service during core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years professional work experience within Financial Services or similar industry
  • 2+ years experience within Employee Benefits/Insurance Industry and familiarity with group insurance product
  • Highly proficient with data management and reporting including preparing reports, synthesizing data, and ensuring accuracy across monthly/quarterly deliverables
  • Build presentations, managing meeting preparation/materials for all audiences up to Senior Leadership
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to create pivot tables in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for Employee Benefits Sales Distribution Leadership Meetings, including scheduling, data preparation, and presentation development.
  • Serve as the primary organizer for regularly scheduled national brokers meeting by creating templates, gathering relevant data, and organizing content.
  • Support in the delivery/communication of marketing material to national broker contacts.
  • Assist in managing specialty market relationships.
  • Developing broker sales insights to help drive growth.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly broker/general agency reports to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication.
  • Oversee the annual tracking and delivery of broker agreements, ensuring proper signoff and compliance.
  • Monitor and track third-party distribution partnership financials.
  • Be the point of contact for enrollment microsite creation.
  • Maintain, manage, and communicate national broker rate cards and programs.
  • Maintain broker profiles, enrollment profiles, and technology profiles to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Act as a backup resource for responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and completing questionnaires.
  • Other duties as assigned.
