Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is required.
Knowledge of plant biology, soil science, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems is required.

Responsibilities

Perform planting, growing, and maintenance of various crops, ensuring optimal growth conditions and plant health.
Ensure garden beds and areas are free from weeds and debris.
Monitor and manage pests and diseases using integrated pest management practices.
Handle greenhouse and nursery operations, including seedling propagation and transplanting.
Execute the harvesting process and manage post-harvest handling, including cleaning, sorting, and packaging.
Maintain accurate records of planting, growth, and production activities, and prepare regular reports on garden operations.
