Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Effective English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Design and conduct engaging fitness classes that cater to all fitness levels.
- Showcase proper exercise techniques and form to ensure participant safety and effectiveness.
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate varying fitness levels.
- Ensure the safety and effectiveness of all class participants through vigilant supervision.
- Adhere to the guidelines and standards set forth in the Group Exercise Manual.
- Cultivate a motivating and supportive atmosphere for all class attendees.
- Set up and maintain fitness equipment before and after classes.
- Stay current with fitness trends and maintain relevant certifications.
- Actively promote fitness programs and classes to encourage member participation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster high levels of member engagement.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Liaise with fitness managers and other staff regarding class updates or issues.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Keep accurate records of class attendance.
- Support and enforce club policies and procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback and address questions from class participants.
- Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
