Clio is seeking a Group Training Specialist to join their Customer Education team in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. This role focuses on leading instructor-led product training sessions to accelerate customer adoption of Clio’s products. The specialist will deliver high-impact training, facilitate engaging sessions, and provide personalized support to ensure customers achieve value quickly, fostering confidence, satisfaction, and long-term success. The Customer Education team is a strategic, high-performing part of the Customer Success organization, dedicated to empowering customers through structured training programs, product documentation, self-paced learning, live events, and certification exams.
