Variety, the iconic entertainment media brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced head of consumer ad sales to scale the non-endemic sales team in driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic partnerships. The Group SVP Consumer Sales will be responsible for the direction and achievement of ad revenue targets, formulate the ad strategies, including product development and territory management. The ideal candidate will have over 15 -20 years of proven success in media ad sales with a robust network of industry clients and prospects, and a strong track record of leadership and innovation. As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
