Hope Forest Academy, an affiliate of Rite of Passage, is seeking a Group Supervisor in Paisley, FL. Requirements

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Have a high school diploma.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have at least 1 year in a similar supervisory role.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Nice To Haves

Have a desire to work with at-risk teens and direct care experience with youth is preferred.

Responsibilities

Be operationally responsible for the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of youth in the program, through the work performed by Coach Counselors.
Provide guidance and direction to the Coach Counselor Team regarding policy, procedures, schedules, and best practices.
Exercise authority daily through direction and supervision of both youth and staff to meet service expectations.
