About The Position

The Group Supervisor – Product Design position manages multiple projects while supervising a team and ensuring the productivity and performance of the team. The role requires leadership and coaching skills as well as acute attention to detail to drive performance in alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • 9+ years’ experience in product design (UX/UI)
  • 2+ years’ experience in supervising product designers
  • A user-centered approach to problem solving that leverages research, analytics, empathy, strong design intuition, best practices, and accessible design
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Demonstrate UI design skills through a strong portfolio
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled design, prototyping, and development tools and workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling customer experiences for ISN products as a hands-on lead designer, splitting your time between project work and supervising the team
  • Lead initiatives to simplify the User Interface (UI) and improve the User Experience (UX) across assigned ISN products
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evolution of enterprise design standards and best practices, including ISN's design system, continually updating and improving its components and patterns
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new technologies, tools, and AI-powered improvements that optimize design workflows and boost team efficiency and output
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Product Design team, providing design direction that ensures high-quality deliverables are completed on time and to requirements
  • Document design guidelines and actively share knowledge on how to utilize components and patterns
