Requirements

Proven success in sales, preferably in hotel group sales or a related hospitality sales role.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
A results-driven mindset and ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to clients and industry partners.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
Ability to analyze sales opportunities, understand market trends, and develop strategies that drive business.
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Collaborative approach and ability to build strong partnerships across hotel departments.
