About The Position

The Group Sales and Events Manager is responsible for driving revenue by cultivating and managing relationships with VIP clients, large groups, buyouts, and corporate/social event planners. This role focuses on selling premium show tickets, full venue buyouts, and customized hospitality packages, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience from inquiry to execution. This position is full time, based at the Las Vegas office, and earns $60,000-$65,000/yr based on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, event sales, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with VIP clientele and high-profile accounts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Tripleseat and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from VIP clients, large groups, and corporate/social accounts.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across entertainment, corporate, and hospitality segments.
  • Manage inbound sales leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings.
  • Create and present customized proposals for show tickets, private dining, bar experiences, and full-venue buyouts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, event planners, and high-value guests to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, ticketing, operations, and event teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company pricing, policies, and procedures.
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM, and report on pipeline, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to drive awareness and business.
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings, industry trends, and market opportunities.
