About The Position

The Sheraton OKC is looking for our next great team member to join our team to fill the position of Group Rooms Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for all with hotel Front Desk experience who may be seeking a set schedule and further education about Revenue Management.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Good judgment
• Proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience in a similar position, such as a hotel Front Office role
• Knowledge of the Marriott Brand systems is a plus
• Pride in professionalism, organizational skills, and time management

Responsibilities

• Administer the operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure.
• Verification of reservations, online bookings, and rooming lists.
• Provide ongoing communication between the client, the hotel, and the commercial team, ensuring all operational details are met.
