About The Position
HUB Canada's Group Retirement Team is expanding, and we're looking for a Group Retirement Consultant who's ready to make an impact. Requirements
- LLQP Certification required
- 3+ years of experience in the group retirement industry
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and brings attention to detail
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
Nice To Haves
- RPA or CEBS designation is an asset
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with existing group retirement clients, serving as their trusted go-to for navigating their plans
- Hunt for new business and build a strong pipeline across the Prairie Region
- Guide plan members through key financial decisions, including plan exits and financial assistance requests
- Partner with consultants and commercial lines salespeople to create cross-sell opportunity and a robust pipeline across the region
- Plug into the larger HUB Canada Group Retirement Team and help shape where this business goes next
