Charlie Health is seeking a Group Quality Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 15 Group Facilitators. This role is responsible for the productivity and performance of the team, ensuring clients have a positive and meaningful experience in groups. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in mental health, be an independently licensed mental health professional, and possess previous people management experience. This position requires a high degree of accountability, organization, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The candidate must be devoted to the Charlie Health mission, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to improve the quality of the program. This is a full-time, W2 position with flexible availability, including evenings and occasional Saturdays, to support peak group hours.
