Project Management @ Droga5 Project Management at Droga5 is instrumental in the budgeting, planning, execution and delivery for all client work. Project Managers are solutions-driven project leaders with a focus on maintaining and cultivating healthy, productive relationships through strong internal communications and resource management. The Group Project Manager leads and manages a large, complex piece of business while managing day-to-day oversight from supporting Project Managers. The Group Project Manager creates and maintains project plans that demonstrate a cohesive understanding of deliverables, tasks, dependencies, staff resourcing and agency process, and assesses project risks and communicates contingency plans to stakeholders across all work streams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of film, radio, social or application design projects

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage and deliver large pieces of business (may be one large account or several medium-sized accounts)
  • Manage a work stream while providing day-to-day support for other Project Managers
  • Facilitate healthy internal and client communications around project status, scope, resources, timelines and prioritization and impact for all incoming requests
  • Manage and develop the skills and career growth and goals for direct reports
  • Oversee resource utilization and finance burn reports
  • Support the implementation of department initiatives and process
  • Contribute to the ongoing assessments of ways of working for continued improvements
  • Champion the internal workflow process, and ensure its applied smoothly across accounts within assigned group
  • Maintain a clear understanding of progress on all projects within assigned group, and alert Head of Project Management of any foreseeable risks or problems
  • Work with the Project Management, Account and Finance departments to continue education regarding scopes and staffing allocations
  • Work with the Head of Project Management to develop and maintain new PM and D5 agency process implementation
  • Manage schedules, resource allocations profitability and reflighting within Workbook.
