About The Position

At Google, Product Managers guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business needs and breaking complex problems into steps that drive product development. The Product Management team works collaboratively with engineers, designers, marketers, and others to design and develop technologies that improve access to information, guiding products through execution and focusing on analysis, positioning, packaging, promotion, and tailoring solutions to users. As Product Management Lead for Data Center Software (DCSW) and Operations, you will lead and mentor Product Managers building foundational platforms for deploying, operating, and scaling Google’s planet-scale compute and AI fleet. You will partner with more than 300 engineers across Platforms Infrastructure Engineering, Global Data Center Operations, SRE, and Cloud. The role delivers software and operations platforms intended to accelerate capacity from dock to quota while maximizing uptime, power utilization, and operational efficiency. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Google’s compute, ML accelerator (TPU/GPU), network, power, and cooling infrastructure. This includes hardware onboarding, dock-to-quota deployment, automated repairs, maintenance, and decommissioning. The work sits at the intersection of AI and Compute Enablement, Platforms Infrastructure Engineering, and Global Data Center Operations. Google Cloud provides enterprise-grade solutions built on Google technology to help organizations digitally transform and developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories use Google Cloud to support growth and address critical business problems.
