About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Group Product Director, Patient & Nurse Activation Marketing, DARZALEX, located in Horsham, PA. The GPD – Patient and Nurse Activation for DARZALEX® plays a vital role in supporting patients/caregivers as they navigate one of the most impactful moments of their lives: the diagnosis and treatment journey related to learning they have Multiple Myeloma. In addition, this position has responsibility for engaging with oncology nurses, who not only support these patients at critical points in their treatment, but also influence the experience and treatment choice across the full care team. DARZALEX® remains the most vital asset in our growing hematology portfolio, especially as new indications are approved in combination with novel therapies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategy and execution for a groundbreaking brand that continues to transform patient outcomes and redefine the standard of care in Multiple Myeloma.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is required.
  • Prior experience managing multiple agency partners and navigating cross-functional team.
  • Ownership of Media Planning activities, including understanding of the ATB (MBCR process) and partnering with media planning agencies to drive impactful channel strategy and media plans

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field is helpful.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and development is preferred.
  • Activation of AI initiatives to drive increased insights, process improvement, creative iterations and/or measurement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative activation and awareness strategies that help the DARZALEX® brand achieve growth goals.
  • Lead the Patient and Nurse Strategy for DARZALEX®, including competitive blunting and acceleration of first-line uptake and extended duration.
  • Build business cases for strategic investments in nursing: collaborate with steering committees, advisory boards, congresses, advocacy groups, and manage speaker programs and advertising to enhance brand connection and loyalty across the Hematology portfolio.
  • Continuously advance core marketing fundamentals—insight generation, segmentation, message and creative development, and impact measurement—for patient and nurse audiences.
  • Manage and align with key agency and internal partners to deliver results.
  • Lead media planning for both patient and NPP audiences, working closely with the Professional Promotion team to ensure a single voice for the brand across all channels.
  • Advance PE.AI models for optimized patient targeting and impactful campaigns.
  • Champion AI adoption in HEM, reducing agency costs, speeding content creation, driving faster insights, and enabling a personalized patient experience.
  • Collaborate closely with TEC/TAL & Carvykti partners to drive a unified CRM and patient continuity approach for “One HEM.”
  • Partner with PECS to elevate patient experience, launching with Darzalex in 1L and building a comprehensive portfolio strategy.
  • Advance CAC/CET initiatives to improve operational throughput and efficiency.
  • Develop and mentor talent, fostering a high-performing team culture.
